What the service is
RehabRocket reads contractor bids you upload, normalises them to a common set of trades, shows them side by side, flags scope one bid prices and another never mentions, writes questions to ask each contractor, offers a rough price gauge, and lets you carry the winning bid forward as a budget with expenses and tasks against it.
The free tools and templates on the site are provided as-is and need no account.
What it is not
It is not an estimator. It reads the bids you already have and does not produce a price for your job.
It does not choose a contractor for you. It shows you what differs between bids; the decision, and the contract, are yours.
It is not professional advice. Structural, code, permitting, legal, and financial questions still need a qualified person. It replaces the spreadsheet, not the expert.
The price hints carry the same disclaimer everywhere they appear: Rough gauge from general knowledge, not local pricing data — verify with your own quotes. They exist to prompt a question, never to hold a contractor to a number.
Extraction can misread a document. Every extracted line item is editable, and you are responsible for checking the comparison against the original bids before you rely on it.
Your account
You need an account to create a project. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
One person per account. You may not share an account with a contractor or a client, or resell access.
Projects and price
A project costs $99, charged once, through Stripe, when you unlock it. There is no subscription, no seat count, and no renewal.
A project is: One property address. Up to 25 bids inside it, grouped into as many comparisons as you need — budget and task tracking included, no expiry.
The cap is 25 bids per project. A second property is a second project at the same price.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, if any apply where you are, are added at checkout.
We may change the price for future projects. Projects you have already paid for are not affected.
Refunds
If fewer than two of your bids can be read, we refund the $99 automatically. Otherwise, email support@rehabrocket.com within 14 days and we'll refund you, no questions asked. Once you've marked a winning bid, the project has done its job and isn't refundable.
A refund request must come from the email address on the account, within 14 days of payment, to support@rehabrocket.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your bids and your content
You own the bids, photos, notes, and other content you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to the AI provider named in the privacy policy to be read.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. A contractor's bid addressed to you is yours to compare.
We do not share your content with contractors, other users, or advertisers, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Do not upload anything unlawful, do not try to break into other accounts or the service, do not scrape the site, and do not use automated tools to create projects or send bids at a volume the product is not designed for.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid project for a breach, no refund is due.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. We may change features, and we will not remove access to a project you have paid for without notice and a way to export it.
If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and let you export your projects first.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Integryl LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any extraction, comparison, question, or price hint.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Integryl LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the project the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including money lost on a renovation, a contract, or a property decision made with the help of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where they apply to you, our liability is limited to the extent the law permits.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting any formal dispute, email support@rehabrocket.com and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most problems are a refund or a fix away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and significant changes are emailed to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
